Tom Stearns

Tom Stearns was inducted into the Clovis Hall of Fame in 1998 as the Clovis Citizen of The Year. His selection as the Citizen of The Year is do in most part to his extensive participation with the enlargement and international attention brought to the Clovis Rodeo. Tom has served his community in several capacities, such as being apart of the Rodeo association, serving as a Clovis City Council member and serving as the Clovis Mayor.
